This needs to be done before the 1st of Jan. It is important

Frederiksen said his office had received only a handful of complaints from Pure customers. He said customers should be "proactive" and contact his office quickly. "Personally, if it were me at this point," he said, "I wouldn't take anybody's word for anything."
Customers who have automatic payment plans should contact their bank or credit card company to have them stopped, he said.
Pennsylvania residents can file a complaint by calling 1-877-888-4877 or going to "health care complaints" at www.attorneygeneral.gov. Customers from other states can call 1-717-705-6938 and should also call the Attorney General's Office in their home state, Frederiksen said.
So if they get enough complaints they might place an investigation the CEO
Mr. Vahan Karian and the company and possibly freeze the assets before he or
the company files for bankruptcy, which has been hinted by many former
employees.
If you paid with a credit card and it has less than 1 year, you may still be
able to file a chargeback with your credit card company as long as you
still have a balance for the amount you charged with them, but I urge you to
also contact the 2 attorney generals offices because they can still attempt to
fight the chargeback. When we joined we didn't have our ends covered but now
is the time to start.
If you mail out the "refund application" mail it certified with return
receipt, keep a copy of your file and any refund application or complaint you
mail.
Don't give up on your program it works, you can do it on your own minus bars
for now.
